Spiced Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 egg whites
1 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. pecans

Preparation

Beat egg whites until foamy, not stiff.
Add other ingredients.
Mix in pecans.
Spread on buttered cookie sheet. Bake for 1 hour at 250\u00b0.
Stir occasionally.
