Jackie'S Scalloped Oysters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. oysters
1/2 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Mix cracker crumbs, melted butter, salt and pepper.
Put a layer in bottom of a baking dish, then a layer of oysters.
Repeat and top with crumbs.
Never have more than 2 layers of oysters so they will cook evenly.
Pour milk over oysters and crumbs in the baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
