Camembert Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round Camembert cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    French bread baguette
    2 Tbsp. butter
    seasoned bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. chives, chopped
Preparation
    Dip cheese in egg and then in bread crumbs.
    Saute cheese in butter until inside of cheese is melted.
    Remove from pan.
    Saute chives in same pan for just a minute, then pour over cheese.
    Serve with thin slices of French bread.
    Serves 4 to 8.
