Moist Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
2 c. cold water
3 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sift all dry ingredients, then add liquids.
Pour into greased pan.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
