Western-Style Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. boneless beef brisket
    3/4 c. catsup
    1 tsp. horseradish
    meat tenderizer
Preparation
    Wash and dry brisket.
    Bring to room temperature and sprinkle with meat tenderizer.
    Place meat fat side up in roaster.
    Combine catsup and horseradish.
    Spread over meat.
    Add water until about 1 inch deep.
    Cover.
    Cook 6 hours at 225\u00b0.
    Cool and slice. Reheat slices in foil when ready to serve.
    Serve with barbecue sauce.
