Cherry Topped Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 envelope plain gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
2 c. skim milk
4 packets NutraSweet sweetener, to equal 8 tsp. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. low-calorie cream cheese
1 pkg. sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix (4 servings)
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
Preparation

Soften gelatin in water in small saucepan.
Cook and stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved.
Combine the gelatin, milk, sweetener and cream cheese in blender.
Cover and blend smooth. Add pudding mix, lemon juice, rind and salt.
Cover and blend smooth.
Spoon into pie shell and chill until set.
