Blueberry Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. scalded milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
2 c. bread cubes
1/4 c. honey
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. blueberries
Preparation

Place all ingredients in bowl and mix lightly.
Pour into 2-quart greased casserole.
Bake about 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serve warm or cold with cream or a sauce.
