Easy Chicken Breasts Ala Orange - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large chicken breasts, split, skinned and boned
10 Tbsp. unsalted butter
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 1/2 c. orange juice
hot cooked rice
salt
Preparation

Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt.
Brown in butter in large skillet.
Remove breasts from skillet and add flour, spices and sugar to drippings.
Stir to a smooth paste.
Gradually add orange juice.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until mixture is thick and smooth.
Reduce heat and add chicken.
Cover and simmer until chicken is tender, 30 to 45 minutes.
Remove chicken to serving plate and garnish with orange slices and parsley.
Serve with hot rice.
Serve extra sauce separately.
