Microwave Rhubarb Dessert Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    3/4 c. butter or margarine
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 c. chopped rhubarb
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    ice cream or nondairy topping (optional)
Preparation
    Blend 2 cups flour, confectioners sugar and butter in large mixing bowl.
    Beat until fine crumbs.
    Pat 2 cups crumb mixture firmly against bottom of 2-quart dish.
    Cook on Level 7 for 4 1/2 to 6 1/2 minutes.
    Turn dish halfway through cooking time.
    Combine eggs, sugar, rhubarb and 1/4 cup flour in 2-quart casserole.
    Blend well.
    Cook on Full power for 8 to 11 minutes; stir frequently during cooking time.
    Spread over crust.
    Sprinkle remaining crumbs over rhubarb mixture.
    Heat on Full power for 3 1/2 to 5 1/2 minutes.
    Cool; cut into squares and top with ice cream or cream.
