Cranbrosia Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. pineapple juice
    1 c. drained pineapple chunks
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. whipping cream, whipped, or Cool Whip
    2 c. (1 bag) fresh cranberries (chopped or ground)
    1 c. coconut
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    1 c. drained mandarin oranges
    1 large banana, cubed
    1/2 c. finely chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Spray molds with Pam.
    Combine cranberries and sugar and mix to dissolve sugar.
    Sprinkle gelatin over pineapple juice in saucepan over medium heat and stir constantly until dissolved. Add to cranberry mixture and stir.
    Stir in fruits.
    Fold in sour cream and whipped cream. Chill in mold or bowl until firm.
