Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 cup vegetable oil
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 cups self-rising flour
    2 cups sugar
    1 cup chopped pecans
    2 cups grated carrots
Preparation
    Beat eggs and add oil.
    Add flour slowly with sugar and cinnamon.
    Add carrots and nuts.
    Put into 3 round cake pans, buttered and floured.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 25 minutes to 30 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes.
