Quickie Dillie Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 Tbsp. minced onion, lightly browned in butter
    2 tsp. dill seed
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg (unbeaten)
    2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Soften yeast in water; add all other ingredients except flour and mix well.
    Gradually add flour and beat until smooth and elastic.
    Cover with damp cloth and let rise until double in size, about 1 hour.
    Place in greased casserole 2-quart size and let rise uncovered until light to touch, about 45 minutes.
    Remove from oven; brush with butter.
    Sprinkle lightly with salt and cover with damp cloth for 10 minutes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    about 45 minutes.
