No Fuss Pork Chops - cooking recipe

4 boneless pork loin chops
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 medium onions chopped
1/2 c. pineapple juice
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
Preparation

In a skillet, cook pork chops in oil until brown on both sides, about 8 minutes. Add onions; cook until tender. Combine pineapple juice, brown sugar and vinegar; pour over chops. Cover and simmer until meat is tender, about 15 minutes.
