Communion Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. flour
    1/2 lb. butter
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 pt. milk
Preparation
    Mix flour and sugar; work in the butter as for pastry.
    Add milk; roll out in sheets.
    Mark in strips 1-inch wide and prick with fork 1-inch apart.
    Bake in moderate oven.
