Chicken Creole Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. chicken, cooked and boned
1 C. chopped onion
1 C. chopped celery
1 C. chopped green pepper (optional)
8 oz. pkg. of spaghetti
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 Tbsp. sauce
4 oz. mushrooms
4 oz. pimentos
Preparation

Cook chicken saving 1 quart of broth.
To the broth add the onion, celery, green pepper, and spaghetti.
Cook until tender. Add the cheese, sauce, mushrooms, and pimentos.
Stir until melted. Add chicken chunks.
Place in a greased baking dish.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
Can be made before and refrigerated or frozen.
