Cinnamon Twists - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 sticks butter (soft)
    1 c. sour cream
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. water (warm)
Preparation
    Mix butter, sour cream, eggs, vanilla, dry yeast and water in a mixer. Add flour and salt. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight. Divide dough in 4 pieces. Mix 1 cup of sugar with 1 tablespoon vanilla and use to roll out dough. Sprinkle a board with sugar and vanilla mixture; roll dough into a rectangle and sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Fold dough into thirds; cut and twist into bow tie shapes. Let sit on ungreased cookie sheets for 20 minutes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes (use high rack in oven). Remove from cookie sheet immediately.
