Ricotta Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yellow cake mix with pudding
    2 lb. Ricotta cheese drained
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs slightly beaten
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, mix cheese, sugar and eggs well.
    Prepare cake mix as directed on package, and pour into 13 by 9 greased pan.
    Carefully spoon ricotta mixture to cake.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 65 minutes.
    Cool completely before cutting.\tSprinkle with powder sugar.
