Susan'S Green Chile - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. diced pork for green chile
1 pkg. frozen or fresh roasted green chiles
1 small can whole peeled tomatoes, chopped and skins removed
garlic salt
regular salt
pepper
oregano
flour (for thickening)
Preparation

Brown pork dry in a nonstick pot.
Season well with salt, garlic salt and pepper.
When pork is just browned, add 2 cups water and chopped green chiles.
Bring to a boil.
Add half the can of tomatoes, smashing the tomatoes with your hand into the pot.
Season to taste with salt, pepper and oregano.
