Scalloped Potatoes And Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops or veal chops
    6 medium potatoes
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. milk
    1 pkg. French onion soup mix
Preparation
    Brown chops on both sides.
    Pare potatoes and slice thinly. Place half of the potatoes in greased baking dish; sprinkle with half of the flour and soup mix.
    Repeat.
    Place chops on top.
    Dot with butter; pour milk over all.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Uncover and bake another half hour.
    Serves 6.
