Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. potatoes (leave skins on)
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 Tbsp. sage
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Wash potatoes well.
    Cook, with skins on, until fork-tender, about 35 minutes.
    Add milk and butter and mash until desired consistency (Sheri likes lumps in hers).
    Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
