Rice And Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 stick butter
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 can Campbell's beef broth bouillon
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Brown onion and butter.
    Sprinkle rice over onion and butter in a casserole dish.
    Heat beef broth with 1 can of water.
    Add mushrooms and soy sauce to beef broth.
    Pour over rice.
    Place browned pork chops on top.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
