Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. grated potatoes, drained
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    3 to 4 Tbsp. all purpose flour
    1/4 c. sweet butter
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, onions, eggs, salt, pepper and enough flour to bind.
    Drop by rounded tablespoons in hot butter.
    Fry 5 minutes on each side over medium heat until brown.
    Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
