Vegetable Soup With Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 potatoes
6 carrots
2 stalks celery
2 onions
4 c. water
1 stick butter
1/2 c. flour
4 c. milk
2 cans (15 oz.) creamed corn
20 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
-
Peel and cube veggies and bring to boil in water.
Cook until tender.
(Do not drain.)
Make mix with butter and flour.
Add milk and cook until thickened.
Add cheese and stir until melted. Combine with veggies, water and creamed corn.
Serve hot.
