Tamale Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped green peppers
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. water
1/2 can whole kernel corn
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. sliced, pitted black olives
2 tsp. chili powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne
Preparation

Brown beef in large skillet.
Add remaining ingredients; simmer 10 minutes.
Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole. Spread topping over casserole, leaving the center open.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
