Zucchini Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper
    1 c. Bisquick
    1 small onion, diced
    parsley
    3 c. diced zucchini (not peeled)
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients except zucchini.
    Add zucchini last. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes in 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Can be made ahead of time.
    Also can be frozen.
