Alaskan King Crab Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. crabmeat (fresh or imitation)
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 c. (half and half) cream
    1 jar sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. white or red wine
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Stir in flour.
    Add milk and wine.
    Stir over medium heat until boiling.
    Add cheese, salt, paprika, mushrooms and onion.
    Fold in crabmeat.
    Serve on toasted English muffin.
