Banana Blueberry Mini-Loaves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Sugar
    1/2 c. Oil
    1 c. (2) ripe, mashed Bananas
    1/2 c. low-fat plain Yogurt
    1 tsp. Vanilla
    2 Eggs
    2-1/4 c. Flour
    1 tsp. Baking Soda
    1/2 tsp. Salt
    1 c. fresh or frozen (not thawed) Blueberries
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350.
    Grease and flour bottoms only of three 6 x 3-1/2 inch loaf pans.
    In large bowl, combine Sugar and Oil and beat well.
    Add mashed Bananas, Yogurt, Vanilla and Eggs mixing well.
    Add Flour, Baking Soda and salt; stir just until ingredients are moistened.
    Gently stir in Blueberries.
    Pour into pans.
    Bake for 30 - 40 minutes.
    Cool five minutes - remove from pans.
    Cool completely.
