Microwave Strawberry-Banana Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 firm medium bananas
    1 (21 oz.) can strawberry pie filling
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    9 coconut bar cookies, crumbled (1 c.)
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
    vanilla ice cream or light cream
Preparation
    Peel and slice bananas; place in 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish. Mix pie filling, lemon juice and vanilla.
    Spoon over bananas. Micro-cook uncovered 6 minutes, turning dish every 2 minutes.
    Mix cookies and pecans; sprinkle over fruit.
    Cook uncovered 1 minute. Serve warm with ice cream or light cream.
