Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. oil
    3 c. self-rising meal
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 can creamed corn
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/4 c. jalapeno peppers, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Pour into 2 well-greased, hot iron skillets.
    Bake 15 minutes at 400\u00b0, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 4 to 5 minutes.
