Quick 100% Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. warm water
    1 Tbsp. honey
    2 pkg. yeast
    3 c. hot water
    1/3 c. honey
    4 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. salt
    4 c. whole wheat flour
    approximately 5 c. whole wheat flour, warmed in 250~ oven
Preparation
    Combine the first 3 ingredients in a small bowl and let stand for about 10 minutes.
    In a large separate bowl, mix the hot water, honey, oil, salt and 4 cups whole wheat flour in order given.
    Cool to lukewarm and add yeast mixture.
    Beat thoroughly in electric mixer or vigorously by hand.
    Let this rise in a warm place 15 minutes.
    Add enough of the 5 cups of warmed flour to make soft dough which can be handled.
    Knead 5 minutes.
    Throw the mass of dough with force onto the bread board several times.
    Put loaves into well-greased pans and allow to sit for 12 minutes.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Increase heat to 350\u00b0 and finish baking, about 45 minutes.
    Yields 3 loaves.
