Blueberry Kuchen - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 zwieback crackers
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 pt. blueberries
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream or yogurt
Preparation

Crush zwieback crackers.
Pour crumbs in a 9 x 9-inch square baking dish.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top, then pour the blueberries on.
Top with brown sugar and place in a 400\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
