Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 c. oil
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed or same amount fresh
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Mix ingredients thoroughly, using mixer.
Grease 2 loaf pans. Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
Yields 2 loaves.
