Icebox Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    3 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1/2 Tbsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 c. butter
    2 eggs
    1/2 Tbsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs; beat well! Add the tartar and soda; beat well. Work in the flour. Form dough into rolls; wrap in waxed paper. Refrigerate in covered pan (up to 2 weeks). Slice and bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 approximately 7 to 10 minutes. Serve with LOVE.
