Cheese And Vegetable Canapes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. cream cheese, softened
4 Tbsp. minced chives or green onion
1/4 tsp. salt
4 zucchini and/or yellow summer squash (approximately 2 inches across)
1/2 c. minced radishes or grated carrots (may use both)
Preparation

Stir together cream cheese and chives or green onions; set aside. Slice each squash on the diagonal into 1 inch slices. Spoon the cheese mixture into a decorative or a heavy, large food-storage bag and snip one corner. Pipe the cheese mixture onto the squash slices. Sprinkle each slice with either the radish or carrot. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
