Spanish Paella - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped red pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. basil
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. ground pepper
    1 c. chopped tomatoes
    2 c. tomato sauce
    2 c. water
    1 head broccoli
    6 oz. green peas
    1/2 lb. shrimp (clean shrimp and leave tails on)
    1 lb. Polska kielbasa sausage
    1 lb. chicken
Preparation
    Grill or quick-fry meat, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
    Add meat to sauce and slightly blend.
    Do not overstir or cook.
    Serve vegetable and meat sauce over rice.
