Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. grated carrots
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
Turn into a large bowl.
Add sugar, oil and eggs.
Using electric mixer, beat at medium speed until batter is smooth.
Stir in nuts, carrots and pineapple. Turn batter into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake about 45 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
