Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. self-rising flour, sifted
3/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
2 c. freshly cooked corn
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Sift
together
in mixing bowl flour, salt
and
baking powder.
Add eggs and stir in milk.
Beat until smooth.
Stir in cooked corn.
Drop batter by spoonfuls into hot fat at 370\u00b0 and fry until golden.
Salt lightly.
