Baked Un-Fried Chicken Tenders - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Kellogg's corn flake crumbs
    1/2 c. fat-free Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 (8 oz.) nonfat plain yogurt
    10 to 12 chicken tenders
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/3 c. parsley
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together in large mixing bowl.
    In a smaller bowl, place the yogurt.
    Rinse chicken in very cold water. Coat each chicken tender with yogurt, then coat with crumb mixture.
