Sis' Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 c. margarine
    1 c. salad oil
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    1 c. granulated sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine first 4 ingredients.
    Set aside.
    In a large bowl, with mixer at medium speed, cream margarine, salad oil, confectioners sugar and 1 cup granulated sugar until lightly fluffy.
    Add eggs and vanilla; continue beating, scraping sides of bowl occasionally.
    Gradually add dry ingredients and continue mixing until just combined.
    Wrap and refrigerate dough at least 1 hour.
