Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. oleo
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 c. flour
    1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. blueberries
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix oleo with sugar; add egg, beating until creamy.
    Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add to sugar mixture alternately with milk and vanilla.
    Fold in blueberries (fresh or thawed frozen), being careful not to crush the berries.
    Spread batter in muffin pans or paper baking cups, 2/3 full.
    Mix brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on each muffin. Dot with oleo and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Also good as coffeecake.
    Makes 12 muffins.
