Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. boneless chicken breast
1 lemon
flour or bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
butter
Preparation
-
Pound chicken breast until thin.
Combine flour or bread crumbs with salt and pepper.
Roll chicken in mixture.
Saute in pan with butter until cooked.
Remove from pan.
Take juice from 1 lemon and a little water and pour into the pan to make gravy. Return chicken to pan with gravy and serve.
