Oven Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. small new potatoes, quartered
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. rosemary

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
In large roasting pan, toss all ingredients.
Bake 40 minutes, stirring once, until potatoes are tender.
Great with lamb or beef roasts.
