Mom'S Jello Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small pkg. any flavor Jell-O
1 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. crushed graham crackers (section)
1/4 lb. butter
1 large can evaporated milk, well chilled
Preparation

Mix the first 2 ingredients and set aside.
Mix the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together.
Combine first and second mixtures and set aside to cool.
Combine crackers and butter. Pack into bottom of an 8 x 11-inch pan.
Save a couple of handfuls for the top.
Whip milk (well chilled).
Blend with Jell-O mixture and pour over crumbs in pan.
Sprinkle rest of crumbs on top. Chill several hours.
