Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak, chopped in serving size pieces
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 qt. canned tomatoes
Preparation
    Saute onion and pepper in oil.
    Remove vegetables.
    Add meat and brown on both sides.
    Return vegetables and cover with canned tomatoes.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours or meat is tender.
