Corn Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising corn meal
    1 c. sour cream
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. oil
    1 small can creamed corn
    1 medium onion
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Spoon into a muffin tin.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until brown on top.
    Makes 12.
