Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. cooked shrimp
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 large onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    3/4 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. Minute rice, cooked
    1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 bell peppers, cut in rings and parboiled 2 minutes
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter until tender.
    Make sauce by adding the soup, lemon juice and seasonings.
    Fold rice and shrimp into sauce. Last fold in sour cream and pour into buttered baking dish. Sprinkle grated cheese on top, then decorate with pepper rings. Heat in oven at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
