Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. instant rice
    2 c. chicken broth
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Add rice to melted butter; stir until each grain of rice is coated.
    In a separate pan, bring chicken broth and water to a boil.
    Add parsley and chicken broth to rice. Stir and simmer on low heat with lid on pan.
    When all liquid has been absorbed by the rice, remove from heat and let stand at least 2 minutes.
