Taco Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small onion; chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1 can ranch style beans
1 can rotel or 1 can tomatoes sauce and pace picante sauce to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
corn tortillas
shredded cheese
Preparation

In skillet, saute onions and cook ground beef.
In sauce pan, mix and heat beans, rotel (or sauce) and cream of mushroom soup. Add meat after cooked.
In electric skillet, layer tortillas, meat and bean mixture and cheese.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for 15 or 20 minutes.
