Rye Popovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/3 c. rye flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk and butter.
    Add flours and salt.
    Beat with wire whisk until smooth.
    Pour batter into 6 greased muffin cups, stirring through batter often to prevent settling.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes.
    Prick each popover to let out steam.
    Bake 10 minutes more.
    Immediately remove from pan.
    Serve hot.
    Makes 6.
