Easy Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. very warm water (not hot)
    2 pkg. active yeast
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    4 1/2 c. flour or 3 1/2 c. flour and 1 c. wheat flour
    1/2 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Mix water, yeast, eggs, sugar, margarine, 2 1/2 cups flour and salt in mixer.
    Beat at medium speed for 5 minutes.
    Stir in other 2 cups flour.
    Cover and let double in bulk.
    Punch gas out. Refrigerate or pinch out and let rise or make crescent rolls. Makes 3 dozen.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Do not overcook.
